SCHOOL
VISITS
|
As
for the true love of my life, which is visiting kids in schools, I
first began presenting in June of 1999 when I spoke to a small group
of students in Somerset, Massachusetts. Since that time, I have visited
65 schools across Connecticut and Massachusetts. Most of these visits
have been targeted to fourth and fifth graders, although I have also
spoken to a large number of third and sixth graders. I am happy to
visit schools free of charge in my local area if students are given
the opportunity to order my books after the visit by way of an order
form. For schools outside of Tolland County, CT, a small charge will
be assessed to cover mileage.
In Connecticut, I have visited schools in the towns of Bolton,
Columbia, Ellington, Glastonbury, Manchester, Mansfield, Portland,
South Windsor, Stafford, Suffield, Tolland, Vernon, West Hartford, Wethersfield,
